Remove richest players leaderboard
For two reasons. First, it discourages online play, and second, any player can go straight to the top by paying money. Instead, there could be a leaderboard for most puzzles completed or most stars earned.

This has been removed in the 5.0 update, although it may be back later. Online puzzles are now free to play and reward tokens so there’s no chance of this discouraging online play.
