A separate “unfinished” toggle and size filter would solve both parts without changing the feed for everyone. It’d also help if the selection stayed saved between sessions; otherwise you’d have to reapply the filters every time you open the puzzle list. The controls could sit above the feed.

A short bio field would be useful, especially if it supports plain text only and has a clear character limit. That keeps profiles readable and avoids turning them into ad or link dumps.

A median completion time would be more useful than an average, since a few very slow solves can skew it. Showing the number of completed solves too would help distinguish a reliable estimate from one based on only a handful of players.

A private draft copy would cover backups and related-series edits without affecting the published puzzle or its stats. Publishing it as a new puzzle could then start with zero hearts.
A reply button limited to the puzzle creator and the original commenter could keep conversations focused, without opening every tip to unlimited cross-talk.
