Missing tokens
I have 3 charges for tokens that I have not received. I have sent 3 emails to support to get this cleared up. I have gotten no responses. I would appreciate it if someone would get back to me ASAP.

Stop asking
Stop asking me if I know how to play the game & if I'm over or under 13. You should only ask once per player & then remember it.

How do you create puzzles with more colours? Ive seen it done but I cant see the option anywhere.

Reduce battery usage
I obsessively played Falcross for 3 hours one day. It used 66% of my battery!!! If it were doing 3D live rendering, ok. But this is super simple! Please review your code for places you are overusing resources or new ways to implement the gameplay.

Purchasable ad-free option
I can live with everything else (energy level, coins, etc) but I CANNOT stand ads. I would seriously love a $2.99 - $4.99 option for getting rid of ads.

No move on button!
With the new update, whenever I finish a puzzle, I occasionally get stuck. There’s no button to move onto the next puzzle or exit back to homepage.

Allow skip tutorial
It would be great to be able to skip the tutorial!
My game keeps freezing up, leaving me with a white screen. I then have to delete it and reload it. Every time, it makes me go through the tutorial before playing! I'd love it if I didn't have to do that!

Placing X's automtically
Like when you finish a line, all the X's in that line should automatically fill in where they're supposed to. I play a lot of these games and just about all of them do that.

Average time without re-trial results
When I solve difficult puzzles, the average time of some is too fast to get three stars. So I checked the time trial history (or rank). Some results are insanely fast. I think those results were obtained by someone already knows the answer.
So, I suggest that when you calculate the average time, you need to include only first trial time except second or later trial times. If you do, when I try second time and the result time is faster than average, I might have three stars but my second score may not be reflected in the average time.…1 voteHi there, thanks so much for the suggestion! Turn off time clock
Sometimes I'd just like to solve a puzzle without thinking about how fast I'm going. It's hard to do with the timer right there on the screen. Could you make a "time-less" mode where time is not tracked nor is stars awarded for speed?
This game would be more relaxing without time count downs.

Not loading puzzles!
Even tho I hate 5.0 I still want to play but I haven't been able to load or open any puzzles all evening! I hope it's because someone is fixing the awful update and falcross will be back soon. Please please fix 5.0!

Password look up/logging in
Make it so you can look up your password through either mail or Facebook. I had to uninstall and reinstall my game & can't slog back in. I don't know my password and have no way to retrieve or change my password. I have brought this issue up to you 3 times now. I see that others have also. I have spent money on this game, and am getting pissed, cause I can't play.

Add the cursor option back in
Please consider returning the Cursor option that was in the previous versions. The zoom option is cool, as is the new straight-line enhancement; but they are not remotely as useful as the cursor was, at least for me. With the cursor function, I can see what square(s) are about to be selected, and my clumsy finger doesn't even have to be on that square, all while still being able to see the whole game board at once. That was fantastic! This is a great game that I've enjoyed for years; but it is nearly unplayable for me now, unfortunately.

Please get rid of the awful line lock. It's especially annoying because it is slow and hard to see when squares are gray

Line Lock feature is slow and inaccurate
The new line lock feature is awesome and very useful but when I drag my finger across a row, there is a significant delay before the cells start filling in. Also, many of the cells get skipped and don't get filled in at all.

Reduce the amount of room that falcross takes
Falcross takes up 5.5GB on my iPad - I've deleted all but the basic apps, and photos. It's getting ridiculous.

Rest assured I have always read users’ suggestions and made many improvements to the game based on player feedback. I will continue to do so and will be more communicative in the future. Colors of puzzle changing
I have created many puzzles, and lately the colors have changed on me. Example: "red zig zag" turned into many different colors without me editing anything.
